|serve with coffee in a tiny steel glass for extra cuteness|
oats,roasted and powdered 1/2 cup
besan 1/2 cup
rice flour 1/2 cup
poha soaked 2/3 tbs
grind all this to a fine paste adding grated ginger
now to this paste add 2/3 tbs semolina,chopped onion,crushed pepper,coriander leaves and green chili..mix adding salt...you can also make a tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaf,but i skipped it !
after mixing allow to rest for 10/15 min then cook with ghee till brown...
Now your done !! serve it with any chutney and enjoy the healthy dosas....
