I love dahi vadas,and my mom makes the best...today i decided to make dahi phulkis hoping it will turn out amazing just like hers.for those who do not know,dahi phulkis is the smaller version of the lovely dahi vada ! Equally yummy ! This dish can be a hit at your ramadan dinner table so do give it a try.

1/2 cup urad daal 3 tsp moong daal soak over night |
grind to a fine paste and add salt and green chili |
thick yogurt green chutney date or tamrind chutney |
usually in dahi vada the chutneys are not mixed,but my dahi phulkis are a bit different... |
