3 tsp moong daal
soak over night
|grind to a fine paste and add salt and green chili|
date or tamrind chutney
|usually in dahi vada the chutneys are not mixed,but my dahi phulkis are|
a bit different...
|we also need warm water with salt to soak the fried phulkis|
and for garnish sev and fried moong daal
