Grilled Mexican Corn | Grilled Corn Mexican Style

This Mexican Style Grilled Corn recipe will blow your mind away.

I have tried many corn recipes in the past,and this recipe tops it all......Its simply scrumptious and full of flavour,a bit messy to eat but sometimes its great getting messy with your food RIGHT?
I have never tasted the original Cafe Habana Grilled corn,but i got hold of the dupe,i feel in love after the first bite.It is so good !!!

 Very few ingredients go in for this recipe,but the result is fabulous.

Dupe for Cafe Habana Corn
corn on the cob (get big ones)
mayonnaise 2 big tsp
garlic powder or paste 2 tsp
parmesan cheese or cotija cheese for sprinkling ,if you dont get it use any powered cheese
lemon slice
chilli pwd 2 tsp
wooden sticks (optional) i use it and its easier to grill with it.

okie lets start.
first you microwave the whole corn for 5 min in a little water,if you don't have a microwave steam it till it gets a little soft..

then cool it for 10 its time to start grilling it...before that insert the wooden skewer into the corn

Heat up Ur stove  and grill it ...some like it very dark i like mine medium done..too much of grilling makes the corn loose its flavour,so watch out...let it rest for 2 min.

         Time to make the dressing for the corn.
mix mayo and garlic powder and brush it on the grilled corn  then sprinkle with cheese, finally dust chilli pwd.
serve with lemon.....and there u have your Mexican Corn Ready .....
