Basic Homemade Pizza Sauce | Classic Pizza Sauce Recipe

I started making pizza and pasta sauce in 1999 after i joined cooking class..and this is what i can cook with out going wrong..this is the classic version( my version)...and it can be stored in ice trays and used when ever..You can use it on ur pasta and ur pizza so its all the more great...

                                                                 for the sauce you need
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 5/6 garlic cloves
  • 2/3 tsp paprika or red chilli flakes
  • 1 large onion
  • sugar
  • veg cube
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter or olive oil
First you heat up the butter and add in a lil oil,careful not to burn the butter,add in the chopped onion and let it get soft, then you add in your chopped tomatoes,no need to blanch them or de-seed its your choice but i dont do then you saute the chopped tomatoes for 5 min,then you add in the garlic...if you add in garlic before your sauce wont have the authentic taste -TRUST then you saute the tomatoes and garlic and cover the lid...after 10 min remove the lid and stir,add half cup water or veg stock cube mixed in water...the veg cube makes all the let all this boil and then u add in salt,sugar and all u do is blend the mix...real smooth...put it back on flame and give it one last boil. add in pepper ..if the sauce is too thick dilute with water...DO NOT FORGET TO TASTE FOR SEASONING
           to make this simple pizza
                                                      all you need is pizza sauce
                                                       pizza base
                                                       oregano and pizza cheese
                                                       mixed with any regular cheese..
first you spread pizza sauce over the pizza base,top with cheese,oregano and olives
    microwave it for 20 sec and then cook the pizza on a pan LOOK AT THE ABOVE PIC
    the cheese melts in the microwave and so all you need to do is cook the pizza base on the pan...
                 cover the pan with a lid for 5 min...and your finished...

                                            now grab a slice..
