To make these flavourful fish kebabs you need
Tuna canned or fresh,i used light tuna canned in salt water...
spices- red chili pwd,coriander pwd,cumin,fennel seeds,garam masala and turmeric pwd
also chop onions,ginger/garlic,green chili ,coriander leaves & potato boiled and mashed
to coat use egg white and then roll in semolina
|saute all the spices and onion for 5 min and add in the tuna(drained)|
add salt then saute till no water remains and the mix is dry
|cool the tuna mix for 5 min and add the mashed potato and coriander leaves|
shape and then coat with egg white and roll out in breadcrumbs or semolina
fry them till crispy and then your done !!!
