| sweet chutney AKA meethi chutney |
| pour in a glass jar and your set for 2 weeks |
| jaggery 1 big piece corriander seeds roasted and then crushed,keep it coarse cumin seeds roasted and crushed coarse red chilli |
| most imp spice- rock salt 1 tsp |
| boil the jaggery with 1/2 cup water |
| add in the spices and let to simmer |
| it does take 10 min,do this on a low flame |
| when you see bubbles coming on top your done...allow to cool completely |
| pour in a clean ,dry jar ! enjoy your sweet chutney ! i'm gona make some alu chaat now ! |
