Cabbage and Chana Dal Sabzi | Phool Gobi Chana Dal ki Sabzi | Cabbage and Bengal Gram

If you dont like eating cabbage on its own,add in some chana daal for a hearty side dish !

you like?


all u need is
cabbage
onion
green chili
ginger
cooked chanan daal (added salt and turmeric)

tempering
mustard seeds
curry leaves
turmeric

make the onion,ginger and green chili to a coarse paste
also crush the cabbage

saute the onion paste after u finish tempering
add curry leaves too-Do not brown it

add in the chana daal and saute 2/3 times...also add the turmeric

after the chana daal gets coated with the tempering,add the cabbage
add salt ...cook for 10 min...


and your done !
