|sweet chutney AKA meethi chutney|
|pour in a glass jar and your set for 2 weeks|
|jaggery 1 big piece|
corriander seeds roasted and then crushed,keep it coarse
cumin seeds roasted and crushed coarse
|most imp spice- rock salt 1 tsp|
|boil the jaggery with 1/2 cup water|
|add in the spices and let to simmer|
|it does take 10 min,do this on a low flame|
|when you see bubbles coming on top|
your done...allow to cool completely
|pour in a clean ,dry jar ! |
