Storing Ginger/Garlic/Green Chili Paste | How to Store Ginger and Garlic Paste?

I always store ginger/garlic and green chili  paste in the freezer,it gets so much easier to cook when you have it ready.

Also storing it in the freezer is a safer way,usually garlic/ginger pastes gets a green colour if kept in the refrigerator for long,and that scares me.
Find out a safe and easy way to make these pastes and also how to store them.

Ways to Store Ginger/Garlic Paste at Home
STORE IN AN ICE TRAY
Once they are frozen,remove them and store them in individual bags in the freezer for using later

Use Fresh Green Chili and Fresh Ginger for best results.


wash the ginger,peel and pat dry

same for the green chili

before blending ,make sure the blender is dry

Add a small pinch turmeric and a tiny drop of vinegar.

DO NOT ADD WATER - blend till smooth
 Thats all..so easy right?
