I was so bored to make the usual chutney with medu vadas that i tried out this amazing new chutney recipe,saw it on a cooking show a few days back and i'm glad i did...
Start by grinding coconut-green chili-ginger-salt,
roasted sesame seeds,pinch sugar and a bit of yogurt,once thats done transfer to your serving bowl..

make a tempering of mustard seeds,curry leaf hing and 2/3 cashews(optional)
pour over the prepared chutney and relish it with any kind of vada ! |
If you want you can skip the coconut and only make
Sesame Seeds Chutney in the same manner..Its really healthy and the nutty taste tastes amazing and is great as a dip !
