This was a trial for cheesy garlic sticks,and they were perfect..Now i wont be nervous making a big batch next time...In case you all are wondering if i made the pastry sheet my self,ofcourse not,i just got the ready pastry sheet..Okie enough talking check out how i did it
Remove the puff pastry sheet and thaw for half hr..then take a rolling pin and roll it out a bit..
once you roll it a bit longer,top with any flavouring of your choice i used garlic and cheese powder..then fold and roll again so everything sticks cut in strips and twist |
use foil on the baking sheet and grease it then beat 1 egg and 2/3 tbs water and coat the strips so they brown well bake at 200 for 25 min |
allow to cool completely |
they were amazing,totally store brought !!! |
