This is a take on the Chinese Chili Chicken called Paneer Jalfrezi ,only difference is there are Indian spices added in to make it very chatpata(tangy-sweet) and something to relish with your rotis..your gona love it,try it for sure !
boil water adding red chili -salt and turmeric pour over frozen paneer ..keep this away for now |
chop tomato -capsicum in squares 1 onion ginger/garlic and green chili paste spices-chaat masala-red chili pwd-kalonji(onion seeds),cumin and hing 1 heaped tsp kitchen king masala |
saute onion,tomato and capsicum adding the spices,add 1 tsp sugar and saute 5 min more |
add 1 tbs kitchen king and cover for 5/7 min till the veg gets soft |
add in 1 tsp chili garlic sauce( very imp in this dish,so dont skip it) check for salt and add paneer..saute gently |
finish off by adding 1 tsp cream..cover for 2/3 min before serving..now your done ! |
