Egg Paratha (Egg and Cheese Paratha) | Anda / Baida Roti | Cheesy Egg Paratha

Anda / Baida Roti or Egg Paratha according to me is a no fail dish,you can never go wrong and it always turns out sooooo tasty,its simple and the flavour of the eggs cooked inside the folded paratha is fantastic.

I added chedder cheese and onions to add some more flavour to this dish..

You may eat it with green chutney and some mughlai gravy too,now that is if your eating this for lunch or dinner.If you would ask me,i would say serve it with chicken curry.

But i say always serve this with just ketchup and nothing else.
 So try it with only plain beaten egg,which is the old classic way or with the cheese filling and find out which one you like for breakfast today...
