Adding fried onions and dry fruits on top of the dish completes it and makes it looks fabulous.

|A quick pulao to die for !|
|any size prawns can be used,i used king prawns|
coriander leaves,ginger and garlic (green chili optional)
small piece tomato
about 2 onions
Start by boiling basmati rice with salt and 1 tsp ghee added to water.
Rice must be half cooked..Each grain must be separate.
Also use half the onion and brown it,this too goes as a garnish..
|we also need cashews and raisins fried in ghee|
red chili pwd
garam masala ~ adjust all the spices to your taste
|saute onion and tomato for 2/3 min in ghee then add the green paste,add salt and 1 pinch sugar|
cook till light brown..
|now saute the prawns for 5 min,add some water and cook for another 2 min (do not dry the water)|
|then top the prawn masala with the cooked rice,garnish with fried onions and dry fruits|
also add in some milk and saffron for colour
cover with a lid on low heat and cook for 10 min !
now your done ! serve with yogurt and papad !
