Best Butter Chicken Recipem(murg makhni) | Murg Makhni Recipe | Restaurant Butter Chicken Made at Home

Butter chicken with some rumali roti according to me is spa time for my mouth..
I'm always on the look out for really good butter chicken and now i got hold of this great recipe.

My aim was to get the original Dhabha/Restaurant taste of butter chicken and finally i  got it right. The chicken is not grilled but it still tastes fabulous.
Adding grilled chicken or not is totally up to you, but I feel the chicken stays juicy and moist when we cook it on a pan and then adding it to the gravy.

Really reallyyyyy good

This recipe is"The One"

Marinate chicken with garam masala,pepper,yogurt and salt(overnight)
For the puree
Add butter and saute onion,tomato,red chili pwd,cumin pwd,tandoori masala till the oil separates,then puree it adding some cashews(this gives a rich gravy).

Next add some butter along with oil in the same masala pan and saute chicken till light brown, add in the puree and cook for 10 min.
Let the paste dry up a bit, now add some sugar, tomato ketchup and kasoori methi..
Check for salt and adjust to taste. Saute 5 min more, you can make the gravy semi dry or dilute with some water, both ways taste great.
Last finish off with some cream and garnish with coriander leaves.
While serving top with butter.
Now your done !!!!
