curry leaf 3/5 mustard seeds 1 tsp chana daal 1 tsp green chilli 1 coconut pwd 1 tsp |
make sure the brown gram is not overcooked it must look like this,not too mushy |
first we boil the pumkin adding salt |
strain it |
temper al the spices and add hing |
now add in the gram |
add salt to your taste |
