Fried Bittergourd Dish | Deep Fried Karela Sabzi

There are so many ways to make this veggie,i try making it with very few spices,and big pieces of garlic and bitter gourd together makes a simple side dish for daal chawal..
                          lets cook !


Just for me !
 
spoon out the seeds and chop the bitter gourd

to the chopped pieces add turmeric and salt,let it rest for an hour


for the masala we need..
garlic cut in half
onion seeds (kalonji)
cumin
corriander pwd


after an hour,squeeze the water from the bitter gourd,and keep aside.

lets make the masala now
add oil in a pan and saute all the spices

cook till light brown...


deep fry the bitter gourd in hot oil





the bitter gourd is getting light brown in colour

now add this to the garlic masala

mix everything well.....and serve...
