It tastes best if the Paratha is made crispy by adding lots of ghee.

|All u need is|
Spring onion cut fine
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp moong daal( soaked 2 hrs,then microwaved 5 min)
|red chili to taste|
gram flour 3 tsp
hing 1 tsp
Mix everything together~add to the whole wheat flour
and make a stiff dough.Let it stand for 15 min before rolling .
|cook till brown|
Serve immediately !
