This gravy saves a lot of time when your in a hurry and specially when guests are over you wont miss on all the gossip ...why? Cos you already have your gravy ready and stored in the freezer !
|store in ice trays and pop in the freezer|
you may keep them upto 2 weeks !

|for a better flavour use corriander stems|
|i use a pressure cooker to make this|
add in oil and saute everything,on a low flame
|it does take a while,but it tastes great when we brown it slowly|
|add in sugar...and salt|
|now goes 1/2 cup water and close the lid,|
cook till 1 whistle !
|after 1 whistle blend it...nice and smooth|
|there you go the gravy is ready|
if you want you may add some food colour,but i dont
|let it cool completely then pour in an ice tray|
