Quick and Easy Mexican Salsa

In India we make something similar called cachumber,only thing is we chop everything by hand and for this a chopper is used....Salsa is a must for any mexican platter so we cant miss it out..
To make authentic salsa use jalepino peppers,if you dont have it use regular green chili...
Never make salsa in a blender as you will have a soupy paste..
Great Salsa is always chunky !
lets start........

SO fresh ~and zesty

Lemon
garlic
onion
tomato
corriander leaves
and green chili( i make a paste and store them in ice trays)

add everything in a chopper~blitz only 2/3 times
a lil chunky is what we want

perfect for any mexican meal !
