Rajma And Black Eyed Peas Curry

I made this dish for the first time and i liked how the 2 legumes tasted together....adding a bit of ground coconut makes this dish get that south indian flavour...try it,you might like it !

soak the 2 legumes overnight,then pressure cook with hing ,salt and turmeric

temper,mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chili and add onions

after cooking the onions for 10 min,add ground coconut,u may add cumin to the
coconut while grinding ...

add the legumes,pour 1/2 cup water and boil



very soupy? dont worry it will dry out
serve on white rice..yummmmm
