Creamy Chicken in Milk Curry | Doodh wala Murg | Special Milky Chicken

This recipe is the simpler version of muglai chicken,no cashew paste or cream is used...Really quick and can be made dry or in a gravy ..Damn easy......Check it out !

Yummy and Creamy Milk Chicken


I tried it with rice,loved it..

marinate chicken in red chili,yogurt and salt for 24 hrs



crush ginger and garlic
spices- red chili flakes
pepper pwd 2 tsp
cardamom pwd 1/2 tsp
cloves 3/5
milk 1 cup
tomato half cut
onion half cut
green chili to taste

saute the onions and tomato with all the spices
except the cloves- i want a mild clove flavour so i add it with the milk

brown it

dark brown is what we want

now saute the chicken for 15 min in the mix

add 1 cup milk

add in the cloves now...adding it with milk gives it a wonderful aroma and flavour

soupy right...
now let it all dry out on a low flame

cover and cook

ahhhhhh all dry and creamy
