I am not a big fan of berries,and i never eat them on its own..
I try making this Simple and Healthy Parfaits so i get some berries in my system for all the antioxidant goodness it has !!!! phewww
These can also be served for a Brunch Gathering and please serve them in mini glasses.They look adoroble.

for this you can use granola bars or biscuits i have used ginger biscuits and crushed them with a rolling pin |
any berry of your choice,you can also mix different ones and thick yogurt mixed with sugar... ~you can also get flavoured yogurt from the supermarket |
in a small glass add in some biscuit base and top with berries |
add yogurt on top and again repeat the process |
chill for 1 hour before eating !! healthy right? |
i love it!!i dont find berries in india much though!
