|fry the ladies finger-no salt before frying(adding salt makes it soft and not crispy for long)|
|also fry the garlic cloves and better keep a watch-no burning the garlic..|
we need a light brown colour
|right before serving add salt ~ chaat masala and red chili|
|serve with fulkas|
