The sesame seeds bring out a wonderful nutty aroma and flavour to this dish,so do not skip it.
This recipe has very little amount of fat,a little bit of butter goes a long way for this dish.
Its so easy...you must try it.
Healthy Asparagus Appetizer
asparagus--garlic--butter--olive oil--pepper..salt(if you wish) ..
|wash the asparagus and cut the tough ends.. boil for 5 min (you can skip boiling them,but i do it)|
|now all you do is saute them in olive oil and butter along with garlic,i chop the garlic in big chunks|
you can crush them if you want...cook for 5/7 min and add pepper..a pinch of salt to finish it off..
NOTE : Dont worry the butter is very little,the asparagus had some water in it so it seems like a whole lot of butter
and then your done !!
