Prawns Masala (South Indian Style) | Kerala Prawns Fry | Prawn Masala from Kerala

My mama makes Prawns in a Spicy Masala which i tried making several times,it never came right,donno why.I ged when i cook my Mom's Signature Recipes.
This time i finally got hold of her recipe and some strength,and yes it was great.
Prawns Masala Kerala Style has a great flavour with the curry leaf and chillis and goes perfectly with daal...Totally killer,your gona love it..give it a shot !
Here's the recipe..

boil prawns in a little water adding salt,red chili and turmeric..do not overcook it

once the prawns are cooked in another pan temper mustard seeds and curry leaf,then add ginger/garlic/slit green chilis and onions,saute2/3 min then toss the cooked prawns....keep a low heat so the spices dont burn..


Add some grated coconut before serving for best results !
