1/4 cup peas
1onion
1 green chili
1 dried red chili
ginger grated
boil the chopped potato and peas adding salt and turmeric till soft (not mushy)
then temper mustard seeds,urad daal ,dried red chili ,ginger, curry leaf , 1/4 tsp cumin seeds and the chopped onion,saute till soft and add the cooked potato and peas...
stir for 2/3 min to coat well...garnish with coconut and your done !
