in a pressure cooker add ghee then saute 4/5 garlic cloves also cumin seeds &green chili |
when the garlic changes colour,add spinach,chop it roughly |
add the cooked daal and salt cook covered for 10/15 min |
add some garam masala (optional) for aroma |
