all u need is cabbage onion green chili ginger cooked chanan daal (added salt and turmeric) |
tempering mustard seeds curry leaves turmeric |
make the onion,ginger and green chili to a coarse paste also crush the cabbage |
saute the onion paste after u finish tempering add curry leaves too-Do not brown it |
add in the chana daal and saute 2/3 times...also add the turmeric |
after the chana daal gets coated with the tempering,add the cabbage add salt ...cook for 10 min... |
and your done ! |
