you need raw banana ginger onion curry leaf |
spices for tempering cumin 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp red chili 1 tsp |
boil the raw banana with red chili and turmeric |
add salt and boil for 5/7 min then strain it |
temper the spices n ginger |
add onion,do not brown it |
onions should not loose its colour it must be still white,just how you see in the pic |
add the raw banana and mix gently |
cover for 5 min so everything gets happy together |
sprinkle seasme seeds just before serving ! |
