This is the old
classic recipe for peanut brittle,really simple to make ,but to get it right make sure you follow the steps for a perfect bite....
If you like it crispy cook the syrup a bit longer 10-12 min
and if you like it chewy then use powdered peanuts and cook the syrup not more than 5-8 min

1 cup super fine sugar |

roast the peanuts |

cool the roasted peanuts and crush with a rolling pin |

in a sauce pan melt the sugar on a low heat till a syrup forms
then mix in the peanuts and quickly pour on foil paper |
