"How To Make Urad Daal Vada"

Start by soaking urad daal for 4-6 hours,then grind to a paste,adding very little water...

serve with coconut sesame chutney

chop green chili(not too fine)
crushed pepper
salt
curry leaf
grated ginger
chopped onion(optional)
whip the batter a few times then add all these into it

drop the batter in hot oil and serve hot

it was delish
