This dessert is really light,and can be eaten hot or cold.Since its not a typical rice kheer i guess we can call it a fusion pudding,the rose water makes it smell wonderful .

| you need milk 1 cup
 cream 1/4 cup
 sugar 1/2 cup
 cardamom pwd 1 tsp
 pista 3/5 tsp

| you also need rose water 1/4 cup cooked rice 1/2 cup...
 
 
 
 lets start cooking

| first boil the milk |

| add in the cardamom pwd |

| after the milk boils and gets a little thick,add the cream |

| add the rice and cook on a low flame |

| flame has to be very low, not more than this PLz |

| keep stirring |

| after 10 min or so,add in the sugar |

| rose water goes next...i always add a lil extra... |

| now you blend the mix...no trace of rice at all.... |

| you can make these in a shot glass,when there are guests... just add some pista in the bottom of the glass
 and pour the kheer on top....
