| Just for me ! | 
| spoon out the seeds and chop the bitter gourd | 
| to the chopped pieces add turmeric and salt,let it rest for an hour | 
| for the masala we need.. garlic cut in half onion seeds (kalonji) cumin corriander pwd | 
| after an hour,squeeze the water from the bitter gourd,and keep aside. | 
| lets make the masala now add oil in a pan and saute all the spices | 
| cook till light brown... | 
| deep fry the bitter gourd in hot oil | 
| the bitter gourd is getting light brown in colour | 
| now add this to the garlic masala | 
| mix everything well.....and serve... |
