| you need raw banana ginger onion curry leaf | 
| spices for tempering cumin 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp red chili 1 tsp | 
| boil the raw banana with red chili and turmeric | 
| add salt and boil for 5/7 min then strain it | 
| temper the spices n ginger | 
| add onion,do not brown it | 
| onions should not loose its colour it must be still white,just how you see in the pic | 
| add the raw banana and mix gently | 
| cover for 5 min so everything gets happy together | 
| sprinkle seasme seeds just before serving ! |
