This 
carrot & radish pickle can be made in 5 min and then in about 5 hours minimum its ready to be eaten,this is if your really impatient..Now in case you can resist not opening the bottle for 1 whole day then great,the flavours will get mingled perfectly and your gona have mouth watering pickle...This can be kept for upto 5 days in the fridge.

  Lets start making 
Radish and Carrot Pickle
 
 
|  | 
| cut radish and carrots- the thinner the better finely chop ginger and garlic
 green chili to taste
 red chili pwd to taste
 in a cup mix vinegar - sugar - salt
 | 
 
 and mustard powder about 1 tsp..
 
 
|  | 
| mix everything together for 5 min and store in a glass jar.. make sure the jar is dry and sterilised
 
 now your done !!
