Puran Poli made my way,the easy and yummy way,and you must be wondering what is my way'right...well its just that i cook it a lil longer to make it a bit brownish...but you dont need to do it...
i'm just a fan of  anything made brown and crispy !
 Keep reading for the simple and easy way to make mouth watering Puran Polis for any Indian Festival Meal.Do not forget to serve with plenty of ghee !
 
| oh ya ! it was great ! | 
lets cook...and these are the things you need...
| soak chana daal for 2 hrs then pressure cook till soft | 
| 2 tsp cardamom 2 pinch nuteg pwd ( not to miss this) | 
| sugar 5 tsp half cup jaggery | 
| for the filling cook the sugar,jaggery with the daal till a paste forms | 
| blend to a smooth paste.. after it cools make balls and your puran is ready ! | 
| for the dough 1 cup wheat flour 1 tsp gram flour 1 pinch turmeric 1 tsp white flour salt 1 pinch | 
| while making the dough add 1 tsp oil the dough must be semi soft keep it to rest for 20 min | 
| after 20 min add 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp water and mix the dough again.. it must feel really soft to touch this step is not to miss | 
| stuff the puran like how you make parathas | 
| press with fingers before you roll | 
| i make big puran polis... you must too ! totally worth it | 
| cook with ghee on both sides.. you may not need to brown it but i like it brown and crispy | 
All i wana say is,i tried and it tasted right...take a bite !!!!!!
