2 large chicken breasts
4/5 garlic cloves
1 sachet mild taco seasoning
1 can organic pasta sauce, yes you can add taco sauce
pepper / salt to taste

The first step before making this homemade Mexican taco platter is making the Salsa and Sour Cream Corn. Follow the recipe of the sour cream corn and in the end all you do is mix in sour cream to finish it off.
